PhoneEasy Attains Nortel Compatible Product Designation

24th March 2007 -- AdvaTel, a leading software designer and developer for the global telecommunications industry, today announced that it has achieved the status of Nortel Developer Partner in the Nortel Developer Program. Through this program, AdvaTel and Nortel will work more closely in identifying, delivering and promoting enhanced solutions for mutual customers.

AdvaTel’s PhoneEasy has successfully completed compatibility testing in a Nortel lab facility and is verified as compatible with the Nortel Business Communication Manager (BCM) Portfolio. PhoneEasy enables customers to manage incoming and outgoing calls with just a click of a mouse, providing detail about who is calling or the person you are calling. PhoneEasy displays a Busy Lamp status for the extension in your office and other branch offices. With Outlook and Lotus Notes calendar mining, users no longer waste time trying to call people who are in meetings or out of the office. PhoneEasy also sets up conferences, provides call back reminders and logs all call details as well as enhancing some specific features of networked BCMs.
