2006 delivers more advancements to AdvaTel’s product suite
AdvaTel, one of Australia’s most established organisations in research and development for the telecommunications industry, celebrates 15 years of success this month. During the last 15 years, AdvaTel’s employees and managers have given top priority to creativity and imagination, which has allowed them to design and integrate innovation into their products, enabling the convergence between personal computers and communications technology.
Today, the company generates close to 50 per cent of its revenues from overseas sales which are undertaken through distributors and resellers. Customers and business partners include Telstra, Optus, Nortel, 3D Networks, AAPT, Avaya, NEC, Cisco, Clear, Marubeni in Japan, IBM and Radiance in Singapore, Servion in India and Telecom NZ in New Zealand.
AdvaTel’s call centre management software is available in nine languages and is currently distributed in 18 countries. This year, the company has released major enhancements to its core contact centre offering and softphone solutions.
